Written by Angela Yang
UWW Charter is beyond excited to introduce to you our very first class, the Alpha “ArceUS’ battaLĪ°N” Class of Spring 2021! Although there were unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, these two resilient ladies have demonstrated what it truly means to be a Sister of Alpha Phi Gamma. We are so proud of their ongoing growth, efforts and perseverance.
We would like to give a huge congratulations to their hardworking Ritual Chancellor, Malina “NiGHTiNGAL3.” Vang, and kind-hearted Potential New Member Mom, Angela “AdrestiA” Yang, for crossing such amazing ladies. In addition, we would like to thank our Charter Sisters as well as Sisters nationwide for guiding our Alpha Class.
We asked our Alphas to share a short bio of themselves and what they look forward to as a Sister of Alpha Phi Gamma. Continue reading to learn more about our neos!

Briana “Farïza” Vang #15UWW
“My name is Briana Vang, and I’m a freshman majoring in Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. I am aspiring to attend law school and become an Immigration Attorney. I want to specialize in Immigration Law because I want to give back to my community and help other minorities.
Something that I am looking forward to as a Sister of Alpha Phi Gamma is learning more about our National Philanthropy and being an advocate for domestic violence and violence against women.”
Congratulations, Alphas! We cannot wait to see what is in store for you as we know you will do wonderful things!
