Every year, the Beta Chapter of APhiG hosts an annual Miss Asia Cultural event showcasing different women and their cultures on NIU’s campus. This is not only a wonderful time for the Asian community at NIU and supporting one another, but also a wonderful time for all of NIU’s community to learn about different cultures. At this pageant, they demonstrate their talents, huskie pride, cultural outfits, and talk about their own culture as well as their philanthropy of choice. It is a wonderful night filled with love, support, and excitement to see who will be crowned the next Miss Philanthropic as well as Miss Asia!
