Since your hotel fees are included in your registration, there will be no need to reserve a room through the hotel website and Alpha Phi Gamma National will be making the reservations for you. However in order to assist us with this task, your VPs at each Chapter/Colony will be in charge of collecting a rooming list of the attendees and in addition assigning a “point person” for each room that will be available to check-in/check-out of the room. A maximum of only 6 Sisters per room will be allowed.
